The mandate involved completing a financial review, constructing a financial acquisition structure and negotiating with target funders. Blue Ribbon Cleaning Services, now headed by Managing Director, Gary Edwards, supplies commercial cleaning services to leading Victorian based schools.

B Capital assisted the directors of FlowTherm Australia to construct and execute a viable partnership buyout structure. The mandate involved establishing a commercial valuation, constructing a robust financial model, securing the necessary corporate finance to complete the transaction and then negotiating with both directors in order to complete the transaction.
